Two-color honey cake roll
Overview
I have been baking for several years, but I have never made a cake roll. I always find it difficult and don’t want to try it. This time I made this two-color honey cake roll purely because I wanted to participate in the cake roll competition, but when I made it, I was in a hurry. The cake paste was everywhere, and a lot of materials were wasted. The ingredients were so thin that the cake slice was so thin that I forgot to take it out after it was baked. It was left in the oven until it cooled down. At this time, my interest was greatly reduced. I never thought that the roll would be successful, but I went ahead and cleverly spread some honey on the inside. Once rolled, it turned out!
