Cumin Beef
Overview
Cumin beef. Lettuce can be used as a decoration on the plate, or you can eat it wrapped directly~ (This is my first time making it, so I didn’t dare to make too much. Feedback said it tastes pretty good `(*∩_∩*)′)

Marinate the beef (I used beef brisket) with cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and black pepper for 20 minutes.

Wash and arrange lettuce.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked. Then add cumin, salt, and MSG.

Remove the beef from the pan and place on a plate.
