Prepare three eggs and all your favorite ingredients, and cut the carrots into dices of appropriate size (you can add your favorite ingredients to the bottom of the egg cake as you like). Crack the eggs and put the yolks and whites separately. Put the whites into a clean basin without water and oil. Just like when making cakes, beat the whites until they have texture, as shown in the picture

After the ingredients are fried, pour the beaten egg yolk over the ingredients, cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the egg yolk solidifies

After the egg yolk is solidified, spread the whipped egg white on top of the egg yolk, cover the pot, simmer over low heat until cooked through, and it's ready to serve! It will take about 15 minutes. Check to see if it is done. Use a toothpick to prick it and if the egg white has solidified, it’s ok
