Two eggs, preferably wood-fired eggs.

Open the eggs and add them to the flour, adding less salt.

Stir the eggs and white flour together and mix in more flour. You must be patient and don't let go. If it’s inconvenient to use chopsticks, you can knead the noodles directly with your hands. I won’t include the picture with hands here. The final picture is as shown in the next step.

Just knead the noodles the same as in the picture, then let it sit for 3-5 minutes.

Place the mixed dough on the chopping board, use a rolling pin to slowly roll out the dough thinly, don't use force, just roll it out slowly and evenly.

Just roll the dough into a thin enough shape. Everyone’s preferences are different. Some like to eat thin, some like to eat thicker. It’s up to you to decide what you like.

Roll out the noodles and fold them in layers for easy cutting.

Cut the folded dough slowly, as wide or as thin as you like.
