Overview
The shape of this bread is simple and unique. After baking, the finished product blooms like a flower. It looks amazing and tastes particularly good. The recipe is based on Elegant Baking, thanks for sharing.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Heat the milk to 80 degrees and mix with butter and fine sugar. (Heating milk is to eliminate substances in the milk that hinder yeast activity)
-
Stir well until sugar and butter are melted.
-
Bring to warm temperature (about 42 degrees), add yeast powder, mix well, and let stand for 5 minutes.
-
Put the above step 3 together with flour, salt, eggs, and egg yolks into a bread machine and stir to form a uniform and smooth dough (no need to form a glove film), and put it into a container for fermentation.
-
When the fermentation reaches 2-2.5 times, take out the exhaust and divide it into 36 small portions.
-
Roll them into round balls, then place them in groups of 3 in muffin molds, and place them in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation. (Brush the mold with oil in advance to facilitate demoulding.)
-
Sprinkle sausage and chives on top of the fermented dough.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden. (I baked it at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, and after it was hot, I brushed it with a layer of oil to enhance the color)
