Overview
Mung bean sprouts have the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, sobering up and diuresis. It produces less heat after ingestion and is less likely to accumulate fat under the skin. It is a home-cooked dish that is simple and convenient to make.

Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain them.

Heat oil, sauté peppercorns until fragrant, and add mung bean sprouts.

Add salt to taste. Stir fry quickly over high heat, stir well and then add a little vinegar. Then turn off the heat.
