Overview

An evergreen tree native to India with leathery, alternate leaves; warm in nature, small, yellow or light red flowers in terminal panicles, producing mangoes and low-quality light gray wood. It is also used as a game name and some nicknames. Mango fruit contains sugar, protein, and crude fiber. Mango contains a particularly high content of carotene, the precursor of vitamin A, which is rare among all fruits. Secondly, the vitamin C content is not low either. Minerals, proteins, fats, sugars, etc. are also its main nutrients. Mango is one of the famous tropical fruits.   1. Mango, milk, sugar, Geely slices

  2. Puree the mango.

  3. Cut the Geely slices into small pieces and soak them in milk until soft, then heat them over water to cook the Geely slices.

  6. The filtered mango juice is put into a small bottle and placed in the refrigerator to chill. (The inside of the vial must be dry and there must be no water. You can scald the vial).
