Put all ingredients except butter into bread machine.

Kneading noodles for 20 minutes

Add butter and knead to form a glove film

While waiting for the dough to rise, prepare the pineapple peel, soften the butter at room temperature, add the sugar three times and beat.

Sift in the flour.

Knead the dough until it is not sticky

Divide the dough into desired portions and make soft rounds. Wake up for 15 minutes.

Wrap the dough with pineapple skin.

Use a knife to make a "well" shape.

Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.

Bake at 180 Celsius and 200 Celsius for 25 minutes. Preheat for ten minutes before taking the test, otherwise the butter will melt easily and the pineapple skin will fall off!
