Fried Mahua

Fried Mahua

Overview

When I was a child, there were not many delicious foods at home. Only during the Chinese New Year could I eat snacks that were not easy to eat at ordinary times. For example, this fried twist, its crispness and sweetness always bring back wonderful childhood memories! But it wasn’t always possible to eat enough at any time. Seeing the bags of twists being simply wrapped and sealed by my mother and lying quietly in the kitchen, I really looked forward to the New Year visit to relatives ending soon, so that I could have a full meal. The sweetness after waiting, the childhood experience is still fresh in my memory... No more words, let’s serve the twists!

  10. It's actually overcooked to be fried like this. The best effect is to take it out when it's slightly brown. We weighed more and cooked it several times. The next few pots were very good, but it's a pity that we didn't take pictures!
