【Homemade Custard Sauce】--- Makes baking sweeter
Overview
Custard sauce can be made into ever-changing flavors, but most of them are the same. What I made this time is the basic method. The raw materials are milk, egg yolks, white sugar and flour. On this basis, you can add sesame powder, walnut powder, chopped vegetables, etc. The prepared custard sauce can be used as bread decoration or directly spread on bread. I also use it to make steamed buns. The taste is extremely delicate, soft and sweet. Whenever my family asked me to make this, they always said it was milk mayonnaise, so I changed it and made it milky mayonnaise, which makes it easier to remember. However, the terms and names in each major cannot be changed casually, so the title is naturally Custard Sauce. I remember that when I didn’t know how to make bread myself, the first time I ate bread decorated with custard sauce, I particularly liked the taste, which was full of milky and eggy aroma.
