Ham rolls
Overview
Like all children, ham is Zai Zai’s favorite food. Whether it is fried slices or shredded, cooked or eaten raw, he will never get bored. In order to make Zai Zai happy to eat in the morning, I like to put the ham in bread, and then add it with a bowl of fragrant soy milk or multigrain porridge. It will be nutritious throughout the morning! There is a big piece of ham sandwiched in the bread, just holding it and chewing it is the happiest thing for Zaizai! Using a bread machine to knead dough also makes me feel very relaxed. While the bread machine is working at night, I can accompany Zai Zai to do his homework. It feels like making bread is really not time-consuming. I like to put the second batch in the oven with a bowl of boiling water underneath. The oven is well sealed, so it can create a warm and humid environment. The second batch works well and is very fast!
