Wash and peel the potatoes, dice the sausage and mushrooms and set aside. The cheese is Domeixian brand hand-shredded cheese.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in water for about 10 minutes. Add a little salt while boiling. Take out the potatoes and put them into a baking pan, add salt and other seasonings, and grind them into a puree with a spoon or other tools. Because the children at home like a sweeter and creamier taste, I added half a spoon of condensed milk when mashing the potatoes, without adding black pepper. Seasonings can be added according to personal preference.

Stir the mashed potatoes evenly in a baking dish, sprinkle sausage, mushrooms and diced cheese on top of the mashed potatoes, then place in the oven.

Put it in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for about 8 minutes and 150 degrees for about 5 minutes. Once the oven is out of the oven, it’s ready to start😄
