Apple Peach Jam
Overview
I bought the bread machine originally to make bread, but I always didn't have all the ingredients. I thought about making something else and using local materials. I didn’t expect that I couldn’t find apple or peach jam in the jam. I had the impression that there was something called apple peach. Considering that apples are mild and peach has a rich aroma, I guess it should be a good match!

The fruit is almost spoiled. Peel the apples and peaches for later use. In order to let everyone see clearly, there is a peach that has not been peeled. The peel has been peeled off, the food is too unsafe now (crying)

Pour the ingredients together with water into a blender and beat. The degree depends on your taste. If you like it smoother, beat it for a while. I beat it for about ten seconds. Pour it into a pan. Mine is also a non-stick pan. Start cooking. . . Make a picture of bubbles, hehe!

The gas in my house is difficult to control. I can only use medium or high heat. I feel dizzy! They asked me to buy a new one only after I paid the rent. . . Well, anyway, the purpose is to cook it dry. Considering that the bread machine loses less water during the process of making jam, so just leave some juice. If you use a non-stick pan to cook directly, add sugar and simmer slowly over low heat. The consistency will be easier to control.

Put it into the bread machine and add two spoons of sugar. If you like it sweeter, you can add more. However, for the sake of health, it tastes good if you add less. Select the jam program, then rest, take care of the children, or surf the Internet. Wait for the bread machine to call you!

The container is boiled, sterilized and dried. The jam is boiled, bottled, cooled and then refrigerated.
