Muffin cake
Overview
This is my first time making muffin cake. Compared with sponge cake and chiffon cake, it is simpler to make and does not require beating eggs. It does save time and effort. However, I personally feel that it is not as delicious as those two cakes. What do you think? Maybe I didn't do well enough.

Crack the eggs in a bowl and add sugar

Pour in the corn oil and mix well

Add milk and mix well

Mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and sift evenly into a bowl

Stir until there is no dry powder left

Pour into paper cups

Put in the oven

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
