Steps
-
Ingredients needed to prepare ingredients: cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, garlic
-
Cut carrots, green peppers and pickles and set aside
-
Cut the cauliflower and soak it in water (this can soak out the bugs and dirt in the cauliflower)
-
Boil the water and blanch the cauliflower in hot water. (Be careful not to blanch it for too long, otherwise the cauliflower will become soft.) After blanching, drain the water and set aside;
-
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic first and stir-fry the oil until fragrant (fry over low heat, otherwise the garlic will burn, just smell the garlic)
-
Add the chopped carrots and continue to stir-fry for about 2 or 3 minutes. You can also control the time according to your own preferences. If you like it crispier, just fry it a little.
-
Then add the blanched cauliflower and continue to stir-fry. Because the cauliflower has been blanched in hot water before, it doesn't need to be fried for too long.
-
Then put the last green pepper into the pot. You don't need to fry the green pepper for too long, otherwise it will lose its texture and fragrance. Then add an appropriate amount of salt (I add sugar to every dish, the taste will be richer, or you don’t need to)
-
Next, in the last step, add an appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry briefly and it’s ready to go!
