-
Steam the taro in a pot
-
Mash the cooked taro into a puree, add starch and sugar, and stir with chopsticks. I forgot to take a picture, so I have a picture of a pot, please use your imagination
-
Roll the mixed taro dough into strips like making dumplings. If not, you can just roll them into small balls one by one with your hands. The shape is random and the taste is the same every time you eat it.
-
After shaping them, I cooked 4 of them to taste them. Much more delicious than the ones sold outside! And the steps are not difficult either. It’s better to make it yourself, it’s cheap, healthy and saves money.

If you can't eat it, put it in a bag and freeze it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, just take it out and cook it! Add your favorite fruits and yogurt, it’s delicious
