Soak peach gum for one night and remove impurities.

Peel the seeds from the papaya and cut into small pieces.

Put water in the pot, bring papaya and rock sugar to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

Add peach gum and cook for about 30 minutes.

Let cool after cooking.

Put the boba into a pot of boiling water, add some brown sugar, and cook until thoroughly cooked according to instructions.

Take it out immediately after cooking. (You can also use cold water. I don’t have one, so I use it directly.)

Peel the mango and cut into slightly larger pieces.

Put the cooked papaya, peach gum, mango and boba into a bowl and start eating.
