I ate this taro last time I went to Fenghua, and I couldn’t forget it. It was so delicious, sweet and glutinous. I couldn’t help but buy some online and steamed it. It was delicious!

Ingredients, one Fenghua taro.

Wash, peel and slice.

Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.

Once steamed, it can be easily poked with chopsticks.

Sprinkle in sugar, or leave it out, as you like!
