Overview

In the morning, I still like to eat Chinese breakfast, a bowl of porridge, an egg, and a plate of pickles. Warm, sticky, soft and glutinous porridge, it feels so satisfying to drink it in one sip, as if all the nutrients are in the porridge.

  2. Wash the corn residue, red beans, and peanuts in advance, and then soak them in water for a few hours.

  3. I use a pressure cooker. Put the soaked corn residue, peanuts and red beans into the pot, and add the red dates at the same time. Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
