Corn and multigrain porridge
Overview
In the morning, I still like to eat Chinese breakfast, a bowl of porridge, an egg, and a plate of pickles. Warm, sticky, soft and glutinous porridge, it feels so satisfying to drink it in one sip, as if all the nutrients are in the porridge.

Ingredients: corn residue, red beans, peanuts, red dates.

Wash the corn residue, red beans, and peanuts in advance, and then soak them in water for a few hours.

I use a pressure cooker. Put the soaked corn residue, peanuts and red beans into the pot, and add the red dates at the same time. Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
