Wash the drum bones and blanch them in a pot.

Put the drumstick in the pot, add enough water, add ginger and rice wine, boil and skim off the foam.

Simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.

While the drumsticks are cooking, wash, peel and cut the taro into cubes.

After the drumsticks are cooked for about 1.5 hours, add the taro, cook briefly for a few minutes, wait until the taro is cooked and soft, add salt to taste, and remove from the pot.
