Stewed eggs
Overview
I like this dish very much. It has a smooth texture and rich nutrition. You can add salt to make it savory, or you can add milk, sugar, etc. to make it a dessert, and it can be cooked in a rice cooker. It is not convenient to use high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. A small rice cooker can really do a lot of things Y(^_^)Y, and it is also very suitable for babies to eat. When I was a kid, I put soy sauce and green onions on it, and my sister and I would compete to eat it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
A small bowl, one egg. The eggs steamed with this amount are relatively tender. I prefer tender ones. If I like thicker ones, add less water.
-
Beat the eggs thoroughly
-
In addition, take a bowl and dissolve the salt. I only put in a small spoonful of salt because I like to add soy sauce after stewing
-
Pour the dissolved salt water into the beaten egg liquid
-
Mix well
-
Hot water underneath, it’s faster this way
-
Steamed in a basket
-
Leave a small gap
-
This is steamed without leaving any seams ( ̄▽ ̄), and it actually tastes good
-
This is much more beautiful.
