Cookie Sandwich Ice Cream

Overview

There are several varieties of homemade ice cream, and the leftovers are mixed together in the end! I also have a bag of Oreo sandwich cookies at home, the ultra-thin ones! I just happened to see a food program where you eat biscuits with ice cream, so I gave it a try!

1. 1 Prepare ingredients, cookies and homemade ice cream

   

2. 2 Scoop out a small ball of ice cream

   

3. 3 Take a piece of biscuit, mine is a very thin sandwich biscuit, the sandwich in the middle cannot be removed, and it will break if you use force. It is actually 2 thin slices. If it is a thick Oreo, you can remove the sandwich

   

4. 4 Put the ice cream balls on the cookies

   

5. 5 Add another sandwich biscuit on top and flatten gently

   

6. 6 Use a spatula to smooth the sides

   

7. 7 Wrap each one in plastic wrap and put it back in the refrigerator to chill
