Coconut Chip Honey Toast
Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve cooked some snacks in the kitchen. It’s the May Day holiday, so I’m making some favorite snacks at home. Let’s start with the toast. This is a very sweet toast~~ Enjoy this rare holiday!

Prepare all materials.

Flour, yeast, salt, sugar, mix well.

Pour in warm milk and eggs.

Stir into a dough, use a whisk to join the dough, and knead for 3 minutes.

Add the softened butter and knead for 3 minutes.

Until the film can be pulled out by stretching gently, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1-2 hours.

Exhaust, divide into 3 equal parts, and roll into long strips.

Make braids.

Place in an oiled mold, ferment for 30 minutes, and sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds on the surface.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, take out of the oven, let cool, and turn upside down.

Brush a layer of honey on the surface, sprinkle with coconut flakes, and you’re done!
