Peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon powder, mix well and set aside.

Add the sugar and eggs to the yogurt and mix well.

Sift in the cake flour and baking powder and mix well.

Brush the pie plate with oil in advance, then pour the batter halfway into the mold, spread the apples on the batter, and finally spread a layer of batter on top of the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. The cake is done when it puffs up and colors.
