Stir-fried chrysanthemum stalks
Overview
Spring is here, and green leafy vegetables are on the market. Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum is one of my favorite vegetables. I went to the market last night to buy vegetables. I bought too much at once. This time I made the dish separately, eating the leaf part first, and then the stem part. I found that it is also delicious this way, not so vegetarian, and healthy!
