Pan-fried steak
Overview
This pan-fried steak uses marinated sirloin steak. The meat quality is very good and the taste is something my family likes. After the steak is fried, it is paired with broccoli and carrots, which is very good.

Steps
-
Thaw sirloin steak at room temperature.
-
Wash onions, broccoli and carrots
-
Cut the onions into cubes, cut the carrots into the shapes you like, and break the broccoli into small florets
-
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add a little salt and oil to make light salt water. Blanch the broccoli and carrots in the pot, then remove and drain the water
-
Heat the iron pan and fry the steak. The temperature of the pan should be high to lock in the moisture of the steak to ensure that the steak is tender and juicy. Fry one side, turn the steak over, and fry the other side. After frying, take it out
-
Add butter to the pot and melt
-
Fry the steak over low heat
-
Fry one side and then fry the other side
-
Fry until desired doneness, remove and serve on a plate. Place the onions under the steak, garnish with pre-blanched broccoli and carrots, and drizzle with black pepper sauce to enjoy.
