Stir-fried cowpea and minced meat
Overview
This is another side dish to cope with the hot summer. Now is also the season for cowpeas on the market. My all-powerful mother-in-law will dry a lot of cowpeas for us so that we can enjoy them beautifully. My mother-in-law said that the side dishes she dried herself were healthier. If any friends like it, next time I will record my mother-in-law’s method of making cowpeas and share it with you.
