Boiled milk, eggs and gorgon seeds
Overview
Chaoshan Dongfeng Gorgon actually entered the harvest period between July and August. One is small, round, and glutinous when cooked. The children at home especially like to eat it! I happened to have run out of bread at home this Saturday, so let’s have some milk, egg and gorgon for breakfast!

Steps
-
The first step is to note down all the ingredients.
-
The second step is to wash the fresh gorgon seeds and put them on a clean plate. The washed gorgon seeds are small and round. Isn’t it cute?
-
The third step is to put about a bowl and a half of water in the casserole and bring to a boil.
-
The fourth step is to open the water, add fresh gorgon seeds, and skim off the foam. Fresh gorgon seeds are easy to cook. After boiling the water, boil them for 3 or 5 minutes and they will be basically cooked! If you just don't put eggs, just add gorgon and white sugar, then sprinkle with white sugar and you can start eating. But the kids at home are growing, and it’s breakfast again, so I add milk and eggs.
-
Step 5: Turn the heat to the minimum, beat an egg into the gourd rice, add the sugar, stir gently, and boil for another minute. The egg will be basically cooked.
-
Finally, turn off the heat and introduce a carton of milk, and the delicious and nutritious egg, milk and gorgon rice is ready!
-
Round and glutinous, especially delicious!
