Strawberry Smoothie
Overview
When the weather gets hot, I’ll think about making some ice cream. In fact, the easiest way is to freeze the washed fruits and use a juicer to make smoothies. It’s super delicious, and the key is that it’s 100% fruit!

Bought fresh strawberries
-
Rinse it first, then soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes, remove the stem and then rinse it with cold boiled water or purified water
-
These are washed strawberries
-
Take a jar and add an appropriate amount of sugar. First add a little warm water to dissolve the sugar
-
After adding a little purified water, soak the strawberries in the sugar water. Don’t use too much water. Just submerge the strawberries
-
Take out the soaked strawberries, put them in a plastic bag and freeze them in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, then take out the frozen strawberries
-
Put the frozen strawberries in one by one through the entrance. Do not put them all together, as the machine may get stuck
-
Press the start button, and the strawberry smoothie comes out of the usual fruit discharging port
-
Stir it and enjoy

If you think it’s not sweet enough, you can also top it with chocolate sauce or maple syrup
