  3. Cut the soaked kelp into appropriate width and roll it up with cotton rope

  4. Put light soy sauce and soy sauce in the stew pot, adjust according to your own taste, then add the seasonings and kelp rolls together, open the pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, take it out in no hurry, you can keep it overnight
