Fruit pizza
Overview
After the leftover dough from making dumplings fermented naturally, I mixed it with some baking soda and made a fruit pizza for children who don’t like breakfast. The effect was good. Half of the big pizza was eaten, which gave me a sense of accomplishment!

Prepare all materials

Add a little less water to the baking soda, and knead it into the fermented dough. If it smells not sour, cut it with a knife and connect it without sticking. Let it sit for 10 minutes

Peel, wash and dice all fruits

Wash and dice sausage

Roll the dough into round cakes

Place in a heat-resistant plate and prick some small holes with a fork

Sprinkle some mozzarella

Add the prepared diced fruits

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 22 minutes

Out of the oven.
