Overview

After the leftover dough from making dumplings fermented naturally, I mixed it with some baking soda and made a fruit pizza for children who don’t like breakfast. The effect was good. Half of the big pizza was eaten, which gave me a sense of accomplishment!

  1. Prepare all materials

  2. Add a little less water to the baking soda, and knead it into the fermented dough. If it smells not sour, cut it with a knife and connect it without sticking. Let it sit for 10 minutes

  3. Peel, wash and dice all fruits

  4. Wash and dice sausage

  5. Roll the dough into round cakes

  6. Place in a heat-resistant plate and prick some small holes with a fork

  7. Sprinkle some mozzarella

  8. Add the prepared diced fruits

  9. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top

  10. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 22 minutes
