Crispy Squid Rings
Overview
I always want to eat something delicious on rainy days, so I bought a big bag of bread crumbs. I also prepared squid rings and chicken legs when I went to the supermarket. Last Saturday, I used chicken legs to fry chicken popcorn. It was delicious. This week, even if it was cloudy, I cooked squid rings at home again. They were as crispy and delicious as they were dipped in tomato sauce! (

Prepare the required materials. The squid rings are bought quick-frozen

Thaw and peel the squid rings, wash and drain, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and barbecue sauce, mix well, then marinate for 30 minutes

Prepare a portion of cornstarch, egg liquid and bread crumbs

Coat the marinated squid rings with a layer of cornstarch, then dip them in egg liquid, and finally put them in bread crumbs and coat them evenly
