Rich in nutrition----Assorted shrimps
Overview
Today I was cooking and eating alone at home again. Before I left, my mother specifically told me to eat shrimps for lunch, for fear that what I ate at home would not be nutritious enough. How could I not follow these good intentions? I remembered that I happened to have corn kernels and peas at home, so I made this assorted shrimp. It is not only nutritious and attractive in color, but also delicious.
