Christmas tree salad
Overview
After I was lucky enough to get the Kewpie trial pack, I spent the whole day thinking about what dishes to make with them. There is also a mini menu in the lucky bag, with options for ordering. Today I will make a pictographic salad based on the tiger and the cat. This salad uses two kinds of salads: one is ginger-flavored salad dressing, and the other is salad dressing. The effect is not bad, at least it tastes delicious.

Steps
-
Prepare the materials. Clean the broccoli and remove the florets. Do not throw away the roots. Cut them in half and cut them with a razor blade.
-
Blanch it in boiling water. Add a little oil and salt when blanching to make the color emerald green.
-
Remove the blanched broccoli.
-
It was cold and I didn’t use cold water, so I let it cool for a while and then mixed it evenly with the ginger-flavored salad dressing.
-
Arrange the mixed broccoli on a plate in the shape of a Christmas tree, with the roots of the broccoli as the trunk.
-
Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add water, cut the yellow bell pepper into small dices and add a few pieces.
-
Surround with cherry tomatoes.
-
Finally, garnish with salad dressing.

Just follow the tiger's drawing and the cat will be drawn, haha.
