Christmas tree salad

Overview

After I was lucky enough to get the Kewpie trial pack, I spent the whole day thinking about what dishes to make with them. There is also a mini menu in the lucky bag, with options for ordering. Today I will make a pictographic salad based on the tiger and the cat. This salad uses two kinds of salads: one is ginger-flavored salad dressing, and the other is salad dressing. The effect is not bad, at least it tastes delicious.

1. 1 Prepare the materials. Clean the broccoli and remove the florets. Do not throw away the roots. Cut them in half and cut them with a razor blade.

   

2. 2 Blanch it in boiling water. Add a little oil and salt when blanching to make the color emerald green.

   

3. 3 Remove the blanched broccoli.

   

4. 4 It was cold and I didn’t use cold water, so I let it cool for a while and then mixed it evenly with the ginger-flavored salad dressing.

   

5. 5 Arrange the mixed broccoli on a plate in the shape of a Christmas tree, with the roots of the broccoli as the trunk.

   

6. 6 Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add water, cut the yellow bell pepper into small dices and add a few pieces.

   

7. 7 Surround with cherry tomatoes.

   

8. 8 Finally, garnish with salad dressing.

   

9. 9 Just follow the tiger's drawing and the cat will be drawn, haha.
