Stir-fried bean sprouts with tribute vegetables
Overview
Soybean sprouts strengthen the spleen and liver, and have a high vitamin B2 content. Eating soybean sprouts appropriately in spring can help prevent inflammation of the corners of the mouth.

Peel the carrots and cut into strips

Wash the bean sprouts, drain and set aside

Soak dried tribute vegetables, wash and set aside
