Soak the Hericium erinaceus overnight in salt water in advance, cut off the roots, wash and pinch dry the water repeatedly, and tear it into small pieces with your hands.

Squeeze out excess water and set aside.

Scrape the lettuce, wash it, slice it diagonally and set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add lettuce slices and Hericium mushrooms, season with a little salt, and stir-fry for a while.
