Amber Walnut
Overview
I haven’t liked eating walnuts since I was a child, even though they are very nutritious. I always felt it was too bitter and tasteless. One time, a colleague brought amber walnut kernels that she made at home. I took a small bite and it was very delicious. I asked how to make it and wanted to try it at home. But I'm quite lazy. She said it should be the same as stir-fried vegetables, but I really don't like it. On a hot day, I really don’t want to go into the kitchen. This bread machine has a frying function, so I want to give it a try. It would be a wonderful thing if you could eat delicious walnuts without going into the kitchen, haha.

The whole process takes 45 minutes, because I didn't fry too much, so I shut down the machine after 30 minutes. Remember to pour the honey five minutes before it is ready, so don’t put it in too early.

After taking it out of the pan, stir in the fried sesame seeds while it's still hot.

Nutritious and sweet amber walnut kernels are ready. Walnuts have the effects of strengthening the stomach, nourishing blood, moistening the lungs, and nourishing the mind. If you are like me and don’t like eating walnuts, then if you do this, you will definitely fall in love with walnuts.
