Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the white fungus in cold water, remove the stems and tear into small pieces.
-
Peel the pears and cut into small pieces. Put it into the container together with the white fungus torn into small pieces. Add appropriate amount of water.
-
Add rock sugar. Personally, I prefer rock sugar in large pieces, that is, polycrystalline rock sugar. Break large pieces of rock sugar into small pieces.
-
Place the rock sugar on the pear and white fungus.
-
Finally sprinkle with wolfberry. Put it into the pot and simmer over water for about 30 minutes.
-
Ladle into a bowl and serve. Personally, I think it's better to freeze it in the refrigerator. It's purely a personal hobby.
