Cauliflower with Tomato Sauce
Overview
I remember that a year and a half ago, dry-pot cauliflower seemed to be very popular in the family. The outside of the cauliflower is covered with tomato flavor, which is very fragrant and very popular. Suddenly I missed my mother's taste. Unfortunately, I didn't have a dry pot at home, so I tried it with a stew pot. The taste was beyond my expectation. It was different from the dry pot. But I found it tasted pretty good too, my husband said it was pretty good

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and blanch it in water (it is easier to absorb the flavor when stewing. Add a small amount of oil and salt to the water to make the cauliflower more beautiful) and blanch it in cold water
-
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, it is easier to boil the tomato juice in small pieces
-
Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot and add minced garlic
-
Add tomatoes and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt
-
When the tomatoes become soft, turn to low heat, crush them into juice with a spatula, add appropriate amount of tomato juice and stock
-
Add cauliflower and stir-fry evenly, then transfer to the stew pot
-
Simmer over low heat until the flavor is absorbed. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence and you're done. (The simmering time only needs a few minutes. If it is simmered for a long time, it will become rotten and lose its taste.)
