Cola Chestnut Chicken
Overview
It was a sudden idea to use cola to make this dish. I don’t know if this dish is included in the recipe. On the way home from get off work, I was attracted by the aroma of sugar-roasted chestnuts, so I stopped to buy some. . . Thinking about it, I still have some chicken wing roots at home, hehe, it can be just enough to make a dish~~~

Required materials
-
Peeled chestnuts
-
Add an appropriate amount of chicken wings, oil, salt, chicken essence, and dark soy sauce (you can add more for better coloring) and marinate for fifteen minutes. . You can use it to peel chestnuts during the pickling process~~~~
-
Heat oil in a pot, add ginger slices and garlic and saute until fragrant
-
Add the marinated chicken wing roots and stir-fry, then add rock sugar
-
When the chicken wing root segments are raw, add chestnuts
-
Since the seasoning has already been put in during the pickling process, there is no need to add
-
Pour half a bottle of Coke into the pot (it is recommended to use Pepsi, since it is not available in supermarkets, so I will make do with this), and then add salt according to the taste of the soup. If you like it sweet, you can add less. If you like it salty, you can add a little more salt. Then cover the pot and take it out when the soup is thick

This is my first time making it, and it tastes pretty good.
