Hangzhou pepper chicken fillet
Overview
Using slightly spicy Hangzhou pepper, I cooked a plate of tender chicken tenders for my children, which was quite delicious with rice.

Cut the preserved egg meat into thick strips, add egg white, cooking wine, a little salt, and starch and marinate for half an hour. (I left it in the refrigerator all afternoon)
