Fried poached eggs with green pepper
Overview
Poached eggs are also one of my family’s favorite foods. Today I changed my mind and used green peppers to fry poached eggs. It was very delicious and went well with rice.

Prepare duck eggs and green peppers.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a non-stick pan, heat it up, break in two duck eggs and fry.

When one side is golden, turn over and continue frying.

Then cut the poached eggs into thick strips and set aside.

Wash the green peppers and cut into strips.

Leave the base oil in the pot, add the green pepper and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and slightly reduce the color.

Then pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir-fry.

When the skin of the green pepper becomes tiger skin, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Finally, add the poached eggs and stir well.
