Cut the white tofu slices into square pieces of moderate thickness, mince the lean meat into minced meat, add a little minced ginger and set aside

Stuff the minced meat between two pieces of tofu (it’s best to keep one end of the tofu while slicing it)

Fry the sandwiched tofu until golden brown on both sides, then take it out and set aside

Add oil to the wok, cut the garlic sprouts into sections and stir-fry for a few times, then place the tofu on top of the garlic sprouts, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook for two minutes

Then add in the flour, salt and MSG, stir-fry the soy sauce until the juice is reduced and set aside
