Luo Han Guo Tangerine Peel Mint Tea
Overview
It is said that Luo Han Guo can reduce phlegm and relieve coughs. I don’t know whether it is true or not, but it is sweet, so I often cook it at home. Especially sometimes when my eldest daughter brings water to school and doesn’t drink it, she will finish the boiled Luo Han Guo. Add some mint to cool it down.

Steps
-
Wash the monk fruit and break it into pieces. Wash and break the tangerine peel into pieces.
-
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, soak for a while and then boil. About half an hour.
-
Wash the mint, and you can also use the stems. Last year, I pulled two precious trees back from the village. They grew like crazy and now I don’t know what to use them for.
-
After the water boils, simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
-
Add mint before turning off the heat and cook for one minute. Because after cooking for a long time, it loses the cool feeling of mint. It's probably because the peppermint oil contained in it has been boiled and evaporated.
