Dry roasted amaranth juice
Overview
The staple food at home is mainly noodles, and steamed buns are one of the most frequently eaten noodles in my family. However, it takes a certain amount of time to steam the steamed buns, and it also needs to be steamed twice. The time is relatively long, and it will definitely be too late to make it when you get home from get off work at noon. The preparation of this dry-fired dough is more time-saving and trouble-free. In the morning, before going to work, make a small piece of dough, and when you get home at noon, the dough will be ready. Simply knead it, bake it in an electric pan for about 5-10 minutes, and the original dry-fired dough is ready.
