Overview
There are many ready-made cooked beefs on the market, such as soy sauce beef, spiced beef, corned beef, and Islamic beef. But there weren't many places selling plain beef, so I finally found one. I used to buy it all the time, and it cost 68 yuan per pound. I ate it with the seasoning given by the boss, and it felt very fragrant. But later, the boss also sold corned beef. If you can’t buy it, you have to make it yourself. Go to the supermarket to buy raw, fresh round tendon beef, which costs about 38 yuan per pound. Making it yourself is not only clean and delicious, but also economical and affordable. Why not do it, and it also gives you a sense of accomplishment.

Boil the water first

Rinse the beef and set aside

Put the washed beef into boiling water to remove the blood. Cook for 5 minutes, pour out the blood, rinse the beef with clean water and set aside

Clean the pot and boil water again.

While the water is boiling, wash the ginger, peel and slice it into pieces

While the water is boiling, wash the golden onions and cut them into sections for later use

After the water boils, add the ginger slices and green onion slices

Then add the beef and cook over high heat. If you see any foam, use a spoon to remove it

Place two chopsticks on the pot to prevent water from overflowing when it is boiling over high heat

Place the lid on the chopsticks and continue cooking over high heat. When cooked, the house is filled with fragrance.

When the water is only half boiled, add cold water to the pot and fill it up

After the water is filled, bring to a boil, brush off the foam on top, add 10 grams of salt, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat. At this time, cover the pot and simmer for 90 minutes

Keep simmering until chopsticks can be easily inserted into it, then it is cooked. (Almost 90 minutes) Note: Due to the heat, the photo was not very clear.

Take out the cooked beef, cool it thoroughly, and then slice it into as many pieces as you want. If you can't finish it, put it in the refrigerator.
