  1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white in a water-free and oil-free basin.

  8. Brush a flat non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil and add the batter over low heat.

  9. Add a small amount of water to the pot, cover the pot and simmer over low heat.

  10. When the dough is puffed up, turn it over. It doesn't matter if the batter sticks together, just use a spatula to spread it.
