Potato chips
Overview
Potato chips are a snack that both adults and children can’t resist. I eat them crunchily while watching TV. Today I asked my mythical animal to accompany me to the supermarket to buy some food. When he saw the potatoes, he asked me to make potato chips for him. The ones I make are healthier than the ones I buy. It’s okay to eat them occasionally.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the potatoes, cut into even thin slices and soak in cold water.
-
Boil water in a pot, drain out the potato slices and blanch them in the pot.
-
When it is cooked until it becomes transparent, turn off the heat and drain out the cold water, then remove and drain.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into a non-stick pan and heat it to 50% heat. Pour in the dry water and slowly fry the potato slices. Don't stir the potato slices until they are fried for 5 minutes. Then slowly stir the potato slices. Turn on low heat and fry until almost dry. Stir gently evenly.
-
There is time to adjust the flavor during frying. In a bowl, add one teaspoon of chili powder, two tablespoons of cumin powder, and half a teaspoon of salt. Stir evenly and set aside.
-
When fried to this point, turn on medium-high heat and stir quickly to let it color evenly, then remove and control the oil.
-
Pour the potato chips into a larger basin, sprinkle with the seasoning and mix evenly, and stir it a few times to coat each potato chip evenly with the seasoning, then you can eat.
