Mango milk pudding

Pure milk and wood-fired eggs. The eggs are small, so I used 3 of them.

Put milk, eggs, and sugar in a bowl and beat thoroughly with a whisk.

Filter once.

Strain into a steaming bowl.

Put it on the steaming rack, boil the water and steam it for about 8 minutes (the specific time depends on the amount of egg liquid). The egg liquid will solidify, and the delicate and tender milk pudding will be steamed.

Cut off the pulp on both sides of the mango against the core. Use a knife to cut crosswise and crosswise. Hold the mango skin with your hands and turn it upwards to easily cut off the pulp.
