Let the kneaded dough rest for half an hour, then place it on a chopping board and roll it into a rectangular sheet with a thickness of about 5 mm

Hold both ends of a long bar and twist it a few times

Arrange it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil (it doesn’t matter if you put it closer, it won’t stick together), and brush the surface with a layer of egg wash
